Frequently Asked Questions

I have an upcoming competition and am looking to order athlete nameplates, what is the turnaround time for these?

We typically ask for any athlete/team information at least 2 weeks before your requested in-hand date. A lot of times getting them in earlier is beneficial too! The proofing process typically takes a few days, especially if there are a lot of athletes and revisions. We are always looking to save you costs and expedited shipping for these can get pricey depending on the size, quantity, and method.

My registration doesn’t end for my event until after the recommended two week notice for getting your team our athlete info. Is there anything you can do to help us out?

To help keep your order moving and to avoid expedited shipping, we recommend sending any athlete info that you can, 2 weeks before your requested in-hand date. This way we can get started on most of the order and then to combat any late registrations, we recommend printing a few “blank designed” nameplates where you can have late members Sharpie their info onto the nameplate.

Do you guys offer installation services?

Yes! If you need help finding an installer for your project, just let us know. We have a resource of certified installers we can call upon for most locations.

This Signage Package is ideal for either an In-Gym Competition or a New Event in its initial phases. It’s designed to accommodate up to 100 athletes and offers a selection of three different nameplate options. You can opt for these with or without the SignsRX Logo Discount, ensuring your event exudes a polished and professional appearance.

Additionally, choose between 4mm Coroplast Team Podium Signs or Individual podium signs tailored to fit your Rogue Plyo Boxes. These are conveniently equipped with velcro backing for easy application and removal during your awards ceremony.

Lastly, decide between 24″w or 12″w Coroplast A-frames to effectively define your lanes.

Rx Comp Package

This Signage Package is tailored for Small to Medium Venues, accommodating between 100 to 400 athletes. It offers a selection of three nameplate options, with or without the SignsRX Logo Discount, ensuring a professional presentation for your event.

Additionally, you can choose between 4mm Coroplast Team Podium Signs or Individual podium signs custom-fitted for your Rogue Plyo Boxes. These feature convenient velcro backing for easy application and removal during award ceremonies.

You also have the option to select between 24″w or 12″w Coroplast A-frames to effectively delineate your lanes, improving the organization of your event.

Included in the package are Feather Flags, available in multiple Size and Base options, to create a striking first impression at the venue entrance. Additionally, consider adding barricade Banners to showcase sponsors or vendors. Finally, choose from various options for a backdrop or step and repeat wall, which can serve multiple purposes such as a photo opportunity, Awards Ceremony backdrop, or Entryway Signage.
