Four service tiers. Four cutoff windows. One rule that never bends — and one number to call when the clock is louder than the policy.
Heads up — business days only.
Turnaround is measured in business days — Monday through Friday only — and starts the moment artwork is approved and payment clears. Miss a cutoff, you move to the next tier.
Stop counting fingers. Here's how four common timelines actually play out on our calendar — including the one that doesn't make it.
Three business days from approval. Weekend doesn’t count toward turnaround — production starts Monday and the job hits the dock Wednesday.
“Next day” means next business day. Approved before the 2 PM Friday cutoff → into Monday’s production queue → ready end of Monday.
Past the 10 AM same-day cutoff. Job rolls to 2-Day Rush automatically — into Tuesday’s queue, out the door Wednesday. Pricing recalculates at +25%.
Beat the 5 PM cutoff by 30 minutes. Two business days to ship — Wednesday is the production day, Thursday it’s yours.
Until every box below is checked, your turnaround clock is paused. No exceptions — including Same-Day orders.
Invoice cleared in full — including the rush surcharge. Net terms pause the clock until funds land.
Final proof signed off by email or in our proofing portal. Verbal confirmations don’t start the clock.
Banner vs. coroplast vs. rigid means a different production process. Switching product types resets your place in the queue.
Rush service depends on in-stock inventory. If required materials or equipment aren’t available, your order moves to Standard.
One color tweak, one resize, one new logo file — the turnaround clock zeroes out. We requote the rush tier from the moment the revised proof is re-approved.
The moment your job hits the press, the rush surcharge is locked in — even if you cancel, downgrade, or push the deadline back. Standard refund policy applies to the base job.
“2 business days” means two full production days after approval — not 48 hours from when you hit send.
Rush production is subject to material and equipment availability. Large-format banners, oversize rigid runs, and complex installs can’t always be guaranteed within a rush tier. Call us first for orders over 50 units, prints larger than 4×8 ft, or anything requiring custom finishing—we’ll tell you exactly what we can hit before you pay the surcharge.
Don't guess the tier. Send us the file, the quantity, and the day it has to be in someone's hands — we'll come back with the cheapest path that still beats the clock.
