Can I see a proof before printing my project?
Yes! We will always send you a true-to-print proof of your project before sending anything into production. We will require an approval of the design from the client before moving forward. Please review these carefully, as we are not liable for printing any mistakes not caught on an approved proof.
What is a proof?
A proof is a digital representation of your custom order that shows what the products will look like with your finalized design. It’s important to note that a design proof is not an official digital mockup – it’s more just a glimpse of how your design lays out on our product templates. Our design team will note any issues on a proof, if any, while sending it over.
What is a normal turnaround time for a true-to-print design proof?
Our design team is always working hard on orders for our clients! For most orders, you will receive a design proof around 1-2 days after confirming the order/artwork. A couple different factors play into this such as order due date, order size, design time required, and products ordered. If you are ever unsure where your order is in the process, don’t hesitate to reach out!
How can I request a quote for my printing project?
If you are looking for a quote or have any questions, please contact info@signsrxusa.com with what you are needing and we will get back to you in a timely manner. You may also fill out one of our many contact forms on our website (www.signsrxusa.com).
I am trying to upload my logo/art file to your website and am having trouble uploading it. What should I do?
If you are having trouble uploading a file to our website, no worries at all! Please just attach it to an email and send it to info@signsrxusa.com with any information you can provide about your online inquiry, quote, or order. We will see this come through and assign it to your order in our system. We will reach out to let you know if it works for printing or not.
I am trying to find the right logo/artwork to send for my order. How do I know which will work best?
Our preferred artwork formats are .ai, .svg, .eps, .psd, or editable PDF files. These are vector files, which can be edited without compromising the image quality.
PNGs and JPEGs only work if they are high enough resolution at the size being printed and cannot be edited.
I don’t have a vector version of my logo or artwork, what should I do?
The first thing you should do is send us any version of the logo/artwork you have. We will check to see if it is high enough quality to print with. If it isn’t, we can recreate most logos for you. We also have a team of knowledgeable designers who can pivot and work with what we have!
I sent you my logo or artwork and it doesn’t work for printing, what should I do now?
We offer full scale design services billed at $75/hr. We would be happy to recreate your artwork (matching it to the best of our ability) for you in a high resolution/vector format. We will let you know how long it will take our design team to recreate it and will bill you accordingly using our fee of $75/hr. After we are done recreating the file(s), we will send them to you in a vector format. Feel free to keep them on hand for personal use!
I just purchased an order using an expedited shipping method, when can I expect this to arrive?
We will always honor the shipping method you choose to get your order to its destination! That being said, we do not have the capability to move an online order directly to print after it is purchased. Because of this, all production timelines and shipping methods will start only after the proof is approved and the file/order is ready for production.
I really like a pre-made design on one of your websites products but would like to tweak a few things, is that possible?
Yes! We have the ability to edit colors, text, logos, ect., to any of our existing designs. Just let us know what you would like changed, either via our “Specific Instructions (optional)” tab or an email to your point of contact.
I want to leave certain notes for the online order I just placed, how can I do that?
Most of our website pages have a “Specific Instructions (optional)” tab. Feel free to leave any notes about your design, artwork, or order in this tab and we will see it come through with the order. If the option isn’t available, feel free to send any info to info@signsrxusa.com.
I am wanting some custom decals for our space, how do I go about getting these?
Most of our decals are quoted based on size and quantity ordered. If you are looking for custom decals for anything, we will almost always ask for a rough size and how many you are needing. Pictures of the space/equipment are also preferred. With that information, please send us an online request or email with what you are looking for and we can go from there.
How long is your production timeline?
Most of our products take around 3-5 days to produce after the design proof is approved. From there, we typically ship via UPS ground which adds anywhere from 2-4 business days (without delays.)
I am waiting for a proof, how long does it take to receive one?
We typically get design proofs sent to you via email around 1-2 days after we are ready to get started on it. It can be quicker or longer depending on the proof and when the order is needed. If you haven’t received a proof after a few days, please reach out to your customer service rep or the designer you were working with for an update.

Can you handle variable data printing for personalized materials?
Yes! If your product requires personalized variable data, please let us know whenever you have the chance. There may be a fee associated with the time it takes to input & setup this data. Our preferred format for receiving these is via google doc or excel, but feel free to send in whatever method is easiest for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit, Credit, Check and Bank payments. We typically bill by sending a link to your invoice. From there, you are able to follow the link and pay via whichever method is easiest for you. How long do your floor graphics last?
We can offer our clients a handful of different material options, each graded for different durabilities! They range from short-term weekend use, to 12+ months. They can see general wear and tear over time and if they don’t have laminate can get scratched. We have over 11 years of experience in the industry and can point you to the right direction. Let us know if you are looking for anything in particular.
How long do your wall graphics last? Can they stick to concrete, wood, drywall, etc.?
Just like our floor graphics, we offer a few materials for our wall graphics! They range from removable/repositionable, to long term and we can direct you to a material that will pretty much stick to anything (even drywall.) Make sure to let us know if you have painted your walls recently or if there is any kind of coating on the wall. You can run into issues installing them if you haven’t taken the correct measures.
What is the largest decal size you can print?
Our large format printing capabilities can accommodate most sizes; however, most sized decal past 51” will be split into pieces. Contact us for specific details on your project.
Can you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes! We can ship around the world. Just expect higher shipping costs and longer transit times for orders outside the continental US.
I have an upcoming competition and am looking to order athlete nameplates, what is the turnaround time for these?
We typically ask for any athlete/team information at least 2 weeks before your requested in-hand date. A lot of times getting them in earlier is beneficial too! The proofing process typically takes a few days, especially if there are a lot of athletes and revisions. We are always looking to save you costs and expedited shipping for these can get pricey depending on the size, quantity, and method.
My registration doesn’t end for my event until after the recommended two week notice for getting your team our athlete info. Is there anything you can do to help us out?
To help keep your order moving and to avoid expedited shipping, we recommend sending any athlete info that you can, 2 weeks before your requested in-hand date. This way we can get started on most of the order and then to combat any late registrations, we recommend printing a few “blank designed” nameplates where you can have late members Sharpie their info onto the nameplate.
Do you guys offer installation services?
Yes! If you need help finding an installer for your project, just let us know. We have a resource of certified installers we can call upon for most locations.
I just received my decal and am trying to install it, do you have any resources for this?
Yes! If you ever need any help with installation, please reach out to us via one of our contact methods. We also offer install information via video resources on our youtube page and an info sheet you can find below. Although you might have a different kind of decal (wall graphic, floor graphic, etc.) the processes typically stay the same for installing them.
Do you recommend any tools for installing a wall/floor graphic?
There are definitely tools that can help ease the process of installing. Squeegees help get air pockets out of the graphic and get it to adhere better to the surface (although hands work alright too.) Knives are great for removing the excess material and cutting anything that needs to be cut. Tape measures and string lines can position the graphic in its right location. Finally, masking tape can help keep the graphic in place as you are working on laying it down.
