About the Role
We’re currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our team on a part-time basis (15–25 hours per week), with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, experience with print production, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and our production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom designs and proofs, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Prepare print-ready and cut-ready files for production.
• Collaborate with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute creative ideas that enhance branding and visual impact.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• A design portfolio for review.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with print production, proofing, or branding design.
• Familiarity with InDesign, AutoCAD, or CorelDRAW.
• Website or social media design experience.
• Based near Denver, CO (remote within the U.S. is also an option).

Details
Part-time: 15–25 hours per week to start
Compensation: $22–$28 per hour (1099 contractor), depending on experience
