As all items ordered from SignsRx USA are custom printed, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, if your order is damaged in transit or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a Support Request to info@signsrxusa.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. You will need the order #, the email address associated with the order, and clear pictures of all damaged item(s) and packaging material, or all items that do not meet your satisfaction. Once we receive this information, the support request will proceed. Please hold onto damaged item(s) for two weeks, as FedEx might need to pick up and inspect the package for their records.

At SignsRx USA, we are proud of our products/services and stand behind them 100%. If there is a manufacturing error, we will expedite a reprint and ship out using the original shipping method you chose.

THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS ARE NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY:

• Time-sensitive products that arrive after the event date | If your project has a short deadline, please allow the products to arrive at least one day before the event date.
• Color variation | Although all SignsRx USA printers are color-calibrated for the best-possible digital color, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match for regular orders. If your job is color-critical, we highly-recommend providing a valid CMYK color code.
• Custom design errors | Including but not limited to: misspelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors, inferior quality or low-resolution images, phone number and email errors.  Carefully review every detail of the digital proof that is available before placing an order. Once you submit the order or respond to an updated email proof with “OK to Print,” we are not responsible for reprinting due to customer errors.
• Customer application/installation errors or products that are damaged or lost due to improper use | Such as car magnets that do not stay attached due to incorrect size, incompatible surface application, or improper care. SignsRx USA cannot be held responsible for damage to its products due to unforeseen or uncontrollable weather circumstances, including but not limited to extreme cold/heat, rain, wind, sleet, ice, hail, and snow.

At SignsRX, we take pride in offering high-quality design services to help bring your signage ideas to life. While many of our standard design services are provided free of charge, there are certain instances where a design fee is necessary to ensure we can continue delivering the level of quality and customization our customers expect.

• Basic layout/setup of provided content (text, logos, colors).
• Minor edits or tweaks to existing SignsRX designs or customer-supplied artwork.

When Design Fees May Apply

• Custom Design Requests: Any project that requires original or complex design work beyond basic layout adjustments.
  • Examples: equipment decals, wall murals, logo designs
• High-Revision Projects: Projects requiring extensive revisions, creative direction, or multiple concepts
• Standalone Design Work: Design services requested without a print order

Standard Design Fee Structure

• $75/hour (billed in 15-min increments)
• 3 free proof revisions
  • Additional revisions: $15 each

Estimated Design Fee & Deposits

To begin proofing your order, an estimated design fee is charged upfront as a deposit. This deposit covers initial design time and will be applied to your final invoice. Any additional time or revisions outside the original scope will be communicated and billed accordingly.

Logo Recreation Policy:

If you don’t have access to a high-resolution or vector logo, we can recreate your artwork and provide final vector files for your use. We’ll flag any print concerns and confirm approval before proceeding.

• Logo Recreate Fee: $75/hour (based on estimated time)

Branding Packages Design Policy:

To begin design work on a Branding Package ordered outside of our online store, a 25% deposit is required based on your quoted total. This deposit covers the initial hours of design work and ensures your spot on our schedule.

In addition to the deposit, we require: a completed Identity Questionnaire and a brief discussion with the designer (if applicable).

Bronze Branding Package: starting at $399 with Add On options

• 25% Deposit = $99.75 (covers approx 1.3 hours)
• (Up to 4 Hrs Design Time)
• Up to 2 initial logo concepts
• Up to 3 revisions of the selected concept

Event Packages Design Fee Policy:
Event packages are charged at a discounted hourly rate as an incentive to pre-pay for a package. These design fees act as an event deposit and cover design/proofing before production. Additional hours to be charged at $50/hour.

We do not charge for extra revisions—only time spent on design and proofing.

Nameplates Only

• Needing Design + Variable Data Input: $75 – $200 depending on QTY
• Variable Data Input Only: $35 – $100 Set-up Fee (no design fee)
• Contender Package: $300 includes 4 design hours
• Challenger Package: $450 includes 6.5 design hours
• Elite Package: $750 includes 10 design hours

Online Order Design Policy

• Artwork assistance – first 15min free then subject to $75 per hour (billed in 15-min increments)
• All submitted files are reviewed for print readiness; we’ll notify you if there are any concerns
• Online Orders without concerns and without proof response will go to print 72 hours after proof is sent

Internal Waived Fee Policy:
We may waive the design fee for larger orders or 1st time clients provided the order is over a certain dollar amount/design hours. Check with team lead for details
