As all items ordered from SignsRx USA are custom printed, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, if your order is damaged in transit or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a Support Request to info@signsrxusa.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. You will need the order #, the email address associated with the order, and clear pictures of all damaged item(s) and packaging material, or all items that do not meet your satisfaction. Once we receive this information, the support request will proceed. Please hold onto damaged item(s) for two weeks, as FedEx might need to pick up and inspect the package for their records.
At SignsRx USA, we are proud of our products/services and stand behind them 100%. If there is a manufacturing error, we will expedite a reprint and ship out using the original shipping method you chose.
At SignsRX, we take pride in offering high-quality design services to help bring your signage ideas to life. While many of our standard design services are provided free of charge, there are certain instances where a design fee is necessary to ensure we can continue delivering the level of quality and customization our customers expect.
h5>What’s Included for Free
To begin proofing your order, an estimated design fee is charged upfront as a deposit. This deposit covers initial design time and will be applied to your final invoice. Any additional time or revisions outside the original scope will be communicated and billed accordingly.
If you don’t have access to a high-resolution or vector logo, we can recreate your artwork and provide final vector files for your use. We’ll flag any print concerns and confirm approval before proceeding.
To begin design work on a Branding Package ordered outside of our online store, a 25% deposit is required based on your quoted total. This deposit covers the initial hours of design work and ensures your spot on our schedule.
In addition to the deposit, we require: a completed Identity Questionnaire and a brief discussion with the designer (if applicable).

Event packages are charged at a discounted hourly rate as an incentive to pre-pay for a package. These design fees act as an event deposit and cover design/proofing before production. Additional hours to be charged at $50/hour.
We do not charge for extra revisions—only time spent on design and proofing.

Rush fees apply when delays in artwork submission, feedback, or approvals result in expedited production and shipping.
Same-day production is available on select products and may incur additional fees. Shipping timelines depend on carrier services (UPS/FedEx) and are not guaranteed.
