I don’t have a vector version of my logo or artwork, what should I do?
The first thing you should do is send us any version of the logo/artwork you have. We will check to see if it is high enough quality to print with. If it isn’t, we can recreate most logos for you. We also have a team of knowledgeable designers who can pivot and work with what we have!
I really like a pre-made design on one of your websites products but would like to tweak a few things, is that possible?
Yes! We have the ability to edit colors, text, logos, etc, to any of our existing designs. Just let us know what you would like changed, either via our “Specific Instructions” text box or an email to your point of contact.
I am wanting some custom decals for our space, how do I go about getting these?
Most of our decals are quoted based on size and quantity ordered. If you are looking for custom decals for anything, we will almost always ask for a rough size and how many you are needing. Pictures of the space/equipment are also preferred. With that information, please send us an online request or email with what you are looking for and we can go from there.
I want to leave certain notes for the online order I just placed, how can I do that?
Most of our website pages have a “Specific Instructions” text box. Feel free to leave any notes about your design, artwork, or order in this tab and we will see it come through with the order. If the option isn’t available, feel free to send any info to info@signsrxusa.com.
