Rob was first introduced to CrossFit in January 2009. He has always had a passion for fitness and health, so he decided to give it a try. He loved the feeling he had the second he finished his last round of the workout. He received his Level 1 CrossFit Certification not too long after. After Rob discovered CrossFit, he realized there was a unique need for printing in all gyms. That is when the idea of SignsRx was born.

With the help of the Next Level Invitational, Legendary Competitor Series, and the OC Throwdown Rob was able to get SignsRx off the ground and out there to the CrossFit community.
